ATTORNEY PROFILEMichael L. McBride concentrates his practice in the areas of business transactions, vendor service contracts, and real estate law including commercial and real estate transactions. Mr. McBride has represented individuals, as well as entrepreneurs and business owners in a variety of practice areas including manufacturing, high-tech companies, food-service companies, real estate companies, contractors and construction companies. He works with sole-proprietors, single and multi-member limited liability companies, partnerships, and closely held corporations and often serves as general counsel for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
He has represented injured workers in thousands of Ohio Workers’ compensation hearings seeking lost wages, allowance of claims and payment of medical bills for 35 years all over the State of Ohio.
Mr. McBride is licensed to practice law in Ohio. He earned a B.B.A. from University of Cincinnati, an M.B.A. from Xavier University and a J.D. degree from University of Dayton School of Law. Mr. McBride offers high-tech efficiency in providing up to date legal services for all of his clients.
Outside of his law practice, he enjoys the outdoors with his wife, Ledra. He is also a sUAS Pilot FAA certified Part 107.
